sorry about my terrible absence, all this moving nonsense has me pretty distracted, and will most likely continue to through mid-november. anyway... i've said it before and i'll say it again: i do love a good platform flat. this one is derek lam s/s 11 from le fashion image. i also love things that rhyme, so here's a pale-pink cat.

3.1 phillip lim is always kinda hit-or-miss for me. a little too much flair, the cut is a little off, or something just doesn't quite do it for me. but, holy cow, when it's good it's amazing. i was checking out the new fall collection at ye olde neiman marcus yesterday and i honestly don't think there was an item i didn't want. it was one of those (not so rare) moments where i am frantically racking my brain, trying to think of some get-rich-quick scheme to make it all mine. the color scheme is so, so good. these runway pics don't really do it justice. did i mention that fall is my favorite?
p.s.- can we be done with peep-toe boots please?
