my thoughts on anthropology

in college, i took an anthropology class to fill up my schedule. the professor's name was dr. robert tague. every day without fail, he wore a pair of baby blue chinos, a white button-up shirt, a native american style multicolored woven belt, clarks wallabees, and huge glasses. everyday without fail, he commenced his class by saying "it is a beautiful day for anthropology, so thank you for coming."

my runway shoe picks for spring. from the top: ohne titel, cdg, marc jacobs (what are these, crazy velvet birkenstock clog-sandal things? i need a better picture), louis vuitton, proenza schouler, calvin klein, alexander wang x 2. i'll take them all, size 10.5, thanks.

how did i not know about this guy? apparently, cai guo-qiang is one of the most prominent chinese artists out there. these pics are of an installation called 'head on', but really, everything i have seen of his is breathtaking, even in photos.
