i'm going to san francisco in a few weeks. for work, but no matter, i'm still excited. i haven't spent time in sf since i was 13ish. anyway, before trips like this, i always try to decide how i want to feel when i'm there, who i want to be, if you will--and then plan my wardrobe accordingly. here's what i'm thinking. it's a mix of things i currently own, and things i would like to own... also, does this color palette solidify my old-ness?

i have been dying over this picture for a month or so, which has caused me to develop an inexplicable obsession with wavy bobs. does this mean it's time for a haircut?  scary, considering my hair has been really long for a really long time. hmmm...
